A fast-growing cosmetics manufacturer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the company faced urgent production challenges as demand surged by 50% in 12 months. The current machine production cannot keep up, and with limited budget, there is an urgent need for a high-speed capping machine.

The client initiated contact via email, providing detailed requirements and product details of their bottles (2 different bottles with same caps). Their core objectives were:

• Increase production capacity to above 2000 bottles per hour

• One machine can screw cap two types of bottles, making it easy to adjust

After analyzing the client’s bottle samples, throughput needs, and regulatory requirements, our team developed a tailored solution as below:

• Core Equipment: CDXGZ-1 Automatic Capping Machine 

• Key Feature: Replace the capping motor with a servo motor to increase speed

 Place Order & Production Execution

Provide necessary drawings and dimensions for customer confirmation, and then proceed with production.

After the machine is completed, we test the machine with samples and take photos as well as videos for the customer to confirm.

 Delivery 

Machine packaged into wooden case and delivery within the agreed timeframe. 

The machine is shipped as a whole, and customers can simply arrange it after receiving it.
