Case Study: Bottle Neck Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine in Australia
| Project Background & Client Challenges
A multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Australia, mainly producing and exporting health products. With the increase of export orders, they urgently need to introduce a high-speed automated packaging solution to provide professional bottle mouth labeling and sealing for their four different types of medicine bottles. The company hopes to improve production line efficiency while ensuring product integrity and quality before reaching consumers through automation upgrades.
Challenges:
Product diversity: It is required to be compatible with 4 different sizes of bottles (one of which has a bottle cap wider than the bottle body), and the equipment should be easy and fast to adjust.
Sealing effect: It is necessary to ensure that the shrink film is tightly attached to the bottle cap, without deviation or wrinkling, to achieve a perfect anti-theft sealing effect.
| Sample Submission & Analysis
After analyzing the provided bottle samples, the specifications were as follows:
Bottle 1: Height 66mm/Cap diameter 60mm.
Bottle 2: Height 82mmm/Cap diameter 64mm.
Bottle 3: Height 120mm/Cap diameter 47mm.
Bottle 4: Height 99mm/Cap diameter 54mm(Note: bottle cap wider than the bottle body).
