 Background&Challenge

A local pharmaceutical company in Chile, the old process relies on a semi-automatic counting machine and manual eye inspection. For each bottle of 30 capsules, the manual filling and sampling efficiency is only 15 bottles / minute, and after the fatigue of the operator during the night shift, misloading and leakage occurs. The customer decided to introduce a new set of fully automatic capsule capsule capsule production line, requiring the equipment to be able to both accurately count and stabilize the capsule, while having good sealed protection performance.
