Their honey is thick, sticky nature created multiple production issues: slow flow rates, inconsistent fill volumes, messy drips between bottles, and unsightly "stringing" when the filling nozzle retracted, with 7 different bottle types in their product range—including plastic bottles(3 types) and glass jars(4 types) with lug caps...

After analyzing the client’s bottle samples, throughput needs, and regulatory requirements, our team developed a tailored solution as below:

• Core Equipment: YTSP Automatic Rotor Pump Filling & Capping Machine

• Key Customizations:

1. Integrated a single head rotor pump filling system(hopper with mixer and heater) with anti drip nozzle for thick honey, with a single-head capping device for secure sealing.

2. Customized extra 6 sets strarwheels and parts for differnt bottles.

 Place Order & Production Execution

Provide necessary drawings and dimensions for customer confirmation, and then proceed with production.

After the machine is completed, we test the machine with samples and take photos as well as videos for the customer to confirm.
