 The Customization Request

They contacted us with a clear need: an automated system to count and fill exact quantities of balls into bottles.

1) Highly Inefficient: Slow for large orders and prone to worker fatigue.

2) Inaccurate: Scaling by weight was imprecise for mixed batches or exact small quantities, leading to giveaway or shortages.

| Sample Submission & Analysis

Sample: The client sent different sizes and colours of balls containing: 3mm and 5mm (green), 3mm and 5mm (red), 3mm and 5mm (blue) ,3mm and 5mm（transparent）balls.

Proposed Solution: We recommended our JP-320-3 machine with the following customizations:

1) Multi-Vibratory Feeder: the vibrate bowl is customized according to your samples, within small range Samples, they can use same bowl, but if their size with big range, it needs different bowl.

2) High Accuracy Demand: Required counting accuracy of 99%.

3) Speed: 10-30 Bottles/Min

 Place an Order

We provided a detailed design drawing and a video demonstration for testing their sent samples.

After reviewing, the Polish company approved the custom design. A formal purchase order was issued following negotiations on price and delivery (4 weeks).

Pre-shipment Sample Verification: Before final shipment, we provided packaging photos and videos showing the finished machine.

The custom machine was delivered within the agreed timeframe. Our engineer provided installation and usage videos for the machine.
