1) Highly Inefficient: Slow for large orders and prone to worker fatigue.

2) Inaccurate: Scaling by weight was imprecise for mixed batches or exact small quantities, leading to giveaway or shortages.

Sample: The client sent different sizes of balls containing: 3mm and 5mm (red), 3mm and 5mm (blue) ,3mm and 5mm（transparent）balls.

Proposed Solution: We recommended our JP-320-3 machine with the following customizations:

1) Multi-Vibratory Feeder: the vibrate bowl is customized according to your samples, within small range Samples, they can use same bowl, but if their size with big range, it needs different bowl.

2) High Accuracy Demand: Required counting accuracy of 99%
